Covers, which are bound together with gold cord, are slightly creased and scratched. "AU" missing from "Autographs", which was affixed in gold letters on green felt rectangle on front cover. Some pages are lightly soiled, but overall fine condition except as noted above.

typed provenance, 2p, 8½x11.
White has listed the date and place where each autograph was signed and has added his personal comments.
