Betty Marion White Ludden, known professionally as Betty White (1922-) -  American actress, comedian, author, and animal rights advocate. White is known for her roles as Sue Ann Nivens on the CBS sitcom The Mary Tyler Moore Show (1973–1977), Rose Nylund on the NBC sitcom The Golden Girls (1985–1992),
and Elke Ostrovsky on the TV Land sitcom Hot in Cleveland (2010–2015). Now widely regarded as a pioneer of television, with an entertainment career lasting over 90 years, she was also one of the first women to exert control in front of and behind the camera.
She is also recognized as the first woman to produce a sitcom (Life with Elizabeth), which contributed to her receiving the honorary title Mayor of Hollywood in 1955.
8” x 5.8” black and white matte finish book photo of a 35ish White, signed and inscribed in blue fine point felt tip pen. Two light horizontal creases, one bottom left that passes through the “e” in White, the other 2”  above her ring. Might not be able to see in scans, otherwise very good.
This is from an extensive 50 year collection covering all categories, that was built from the 1940’s through the 1980’s.
